    Odd, we pay for 250mbps of internet speed but aren't receiving nearly that from @startca 🤔 unplugged the modem, the router, heck we even got a new pc today but still pretty poor on the download speed 🤔 the upload speed is exactly what we're paying for but this is odd...

    My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭

    @stillkvl @startca For what it’s worth, the precious service I’ve received from Start has been great. Maybe I just got the wrong person on the wrong day. Was just so dismayed by her lack of empathy and caring.

    @startca is there an outage in East York? Haven't been able to get internet for nearly an hour, router has been restarted and appears to be fine.
