    @startca Internet at my mom's place in Ottawa keeps going down randomly (3rd time today), very unreliable. Any reason for this?

    @startca Can you also look into Sportsnet 1? Channel 407? The audio is fine, but the streaming pauses and then rapidly catches up every few minutes. We find that sportsnet and sometimes the TSN channels have this issue. No others.
