    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @cdntruthseekr Now @startca is telling me they can’t reconnect for at least 3 business days. WTF. Plus, it took me 1h35m to speak to a human AND they tell me I need to wait in line for any further communication. Terrible company that scams paying customers.
