    @startca @MoonIitPhoenix Same in Alcona innisfil off 2 or three times now and been down steady since10:30. I can see the modem lights when it goes down. So I know when it come up.. no voip or internet

    @startca you guys need to figure out a way too let us know the service is down and an estimated time it's coming back on, paying for services that don't work on a regular basis is not what anyone wants. If it's an issue with the lines you rent, time too look at new lines to run.

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @startca @oxio_internet We should need very little support if you provided good quality and reliable internet. It used to be good a couple of yrs ago. I don’t know happened to you guys. I hope you are aware that your reputation is no longer a good one.

    Hi friends 👋🏻 My modem is no longer working & @startca wants to charge me an increase for a new modem. My internet just increased & I can't even stream because the bandwidth is too low. Can sum1 help me w an affordable provider in #ontario #internet #help
