Jordan (@geebs1983) reported@startca I have multiple friends with this service that have complained about the same problems as I have. I don't know the severity of there intermittent issues but it does seem to indicate that this isn't isolated to me.

Keep Left (@steve_ca2002) reported@ally_young81 @startca For that Leaf game , I had to go over to the neighbours who use Bell/Fibe, they laugh at my Start issues. The game was clear as a "Bell". I didn't tell them about the quality of CNN on Start TV, it's too embarrassing.

Jordan (@geebs1983) reported@startca We've been over this, ALL of my equipment is new & the placement is correct. If its isolated to my residence why did you stand me up the 2 times you were supposed to come out? Like I said, DODGE THIS INTERNET...SUPPORT IS NEARLY NONEXISTENT.

Otherwise they blame the customer or rogers, they'd blame the easter bunny if they through you'd accept it. 3 times I was no showed by a tech WORTHLESS WELFAR SERVICE

Suzanne C (@SudioC) reported@paulvt @startca I’ve had Acanac in the past and it was not reliable at all. Anytime there was an issue it was days before someone got back to me. It was years ago, and super reasonably priced.There service may be better now. Unlikely it could be worse
