The cable literally disconnected at the pole 2 weeks ago, its been lying on my lawn and they still haven't fixed it. DODGE THIS **** SERVICE!

Lucas Crook (@luccrook) reported@startca don’t often watch MTV but something wrong with that channel. Resolution is wrong, screen is letterboxed and background audio is higher than main audio. Can’t hear what people are saying over the background music. Can this be fixed?

How many times should I miss work? How much time should I spend on the phone with your tech "support"? No offer to compensate me but my full bill keeps rolling in.
