    Odd, we pay for 250mbps of internet speed but aren't receiving nearly that from @startca 🤔 unplugged the modem, the router, heck we even got a new pc today but still pretty poor on the download speed 🤔 the upload speed is exactly what we're paying for but this is odd...

    @startca having problems connecting to most websites. Diagnostics are giving DNS server error. Hearthstone and Spotify are strangely working, though.

    @startca Can you explain why the service is so inconsistent? Because every time I've reached out, I'm always told that there is no record of an issue on your end

    @startca Did all the updates, restarted, rebooted and reset. Still having major buffering problems. Never been this bad.
