    @startca my internet has been down all day, it connects to every device but will not load, you app says weak signal, and I’ve been on hold for 2 hours. Yet when I access your site there is 0 notice about outages. Safe to say there’s an issue no ?

    Neither @rogers and @startca will get a technician here to fix my internet after a @Rogers technician disconnected my NON-direct Rogers line while hooking up another unit's internet until tomorrow morning. Both seem to think its acceptable to make us go without internet....

    Thank for bullshit customer service for the last 5 years @startca but your HOUR wait times to get through to billing and nothing but connection issues EVERY MONTH I'm done **** you guys

    Seriously. @startca is absolute garbage. I’ve been a customer since October and now on my 15th outage. Why oh why did I leave Teksavvy
