@MGirash @beisan @startca I'd second them. No issues with speed, throttling, caps, etc. Only downtimes were network-wide from the big ISP's they use, but their customer service was always clear about communicating it.

Just tried to call @cogeco to ask a basic pricing question as I try to help my mother-in-law with her wifi, and was told that their modem rental pricing isn’t standardized?!? What in the holy hell?! ENDLESSLY glad I switched to @startca years ago.

@startca If you want to game you can't If you want to work from home you can't If you want to use gambling sites, you can't There is 1 upside, weight loss. I've lost 10 pounds the past few months going up and down the stairs 5+ times a day to reset my internet.

@startca @Olee22090047 This is the BS I'm talking about ppl. If you need help all they can do is suggest you power cycle your equipment. Otherwise they blame the customer or rogers, they'd blame the easter bunny if they through you'd accept it. 3 times I was no showed by a tech WORTHLESS WELFAR SERVICE

@startca @Olee22090047 You were told over and over and over, I replaced literally every bit of equipement and wires in my home, including the modem and routers. I told you it was at the pole, I told you in less than fav weather the internet went in and out...YOU ALWAYS BLAME ROGERS OR THE CUSTOMER.

@startca any known issues in the midhurst (L4N) area? Internet has been down for an hour, modem can’t acquire downstream channels, wondering if it’s weather related or if I’m just lucky. :)

@cogecohelps @cogeco @startca So when my mother-in-law is using an older non-wifi modem, she would have to change her whole service to get a wifi one? She couldn’t just upgrade the modem?
