Does anyone know if there is another @startca / rogers outage? Internet keeps dropping (and reconnecting so far hopefully) but kind of annoying lol

  • shock_lab Mike Huk (@shock_lab) reported

@startca So do I hold tight or call for help? I’ve power cycled my modem and router a few times today and still no connectivity. In Whitby.

  • ramik5511 Rami M (@ramik5511) reported

@startca My internet is working fine. It's just the home phone. I reset the VoIP device but still. Also my other address has intermittent internet. We should be compensated for this outage!

  • jmccall54 Jeremy McCall (@jmccall54) reported

@blaineschalk @startca Yeah so it’s an option for those other reasons for sure, but teksavvy would be $7 a month cheaper than what I pay now for the same service.

  • nicovfernando Nico Fernando (@nicovfernando) reported

@ValdronVictoria @startca Is it completely down or just slow?

  • thatstheone01 what’s in a name (@thatstheone01) reported

@startca Why have we STILL not received any email communication about the outage from you guys?! I get that it was a rogers issue but some acknowledgement would have been kind. Are your customers going to receive any compensation?

  • MGD43507122 MGD🇨🇦 (@MGD43507122) reported

@startca Will Start be offering a credit for the outage, as Rogers is doing?

  • ttninan Tripti Ninan (@ttninan) reported

@startca Glad we are reconnected! Will we be receiving a credit for the time the internet was down? Rogers is providing 5 days of credit to its customers.

  • robtmayo Robert Mayo (@robtmayo) reported

@startca I still mis CNN. How much longer before your issue is resolved?

  • Chef_Lane Chef L'âne (@Chef_Lane) reported

@startca I know you were not responsible for my Internet outage this week as your cable Internet runs in @Rogers infrastructure. Do you have Fiber in the Westmont are is London that doesn't use cables owned by Rogers?
