    @startca any known issues in the midhurst (L4N) area? Internet has been down for an hour, modem can’t acquire downstream channels, wondering if it’s weather related or if I’m just lucky. :)

    @startca is the absolute worst ISP out there. Their service is constantly failing, they double charge you and offer a refund then don't give it when you agree. They are ignoring me and holding my money ransom. Have proof

    DO NOT USE @startca. Their product is awful and their customer service is even worse. Looking at you A. Kelleher-Lizotte and Emilie C
