@Mikeggibbs Check out @startca. I dumped Rogers for Start in 2013 due to frequent outages. Start uses Rogers infrastructure, but I had virtually no down time for the 5 or 6 years they supplied my internet.

@startca Yes, I've never had an issue contacting your team if I need support. I can't say the same regarding the "big three" where you're stuck on hold for 2+ hours.

@startca Normally, I'm a fan of Start, until today. My elderly friend is your customer. Her internet bill is due on Monday Sept 5th. She pays manually through her bank (not PAD). Why today, did you try to bill her CREDIT CARD for her Sept 5th payment?
