    @startca Any issues reported in the Etobicoke area, as my Internet has been down for about the last 30 minutes, even after a power cycle of the modem.

    @startca internet has been out since late Wednesday here in Toronto :(. Support has been called twice with promises made to send someone out. Just sent you a support email from your site and this tweet. I need the services restored to work from home please 🙏🏾

    @startca you guys need to figure out a way too let us know the service is down and an estimated time it's coming back on, paying for services that don't work on a regular basis is not what anyone wants. If it's an issue with the lines you rent, time too look at new lines to run.
