    @startca what is with your service? Used to get someone in 30 secs now I've waited over 30 mins 3 days in a row on phone or chat.. such a great acquisition by @telus ruined for customers

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    Hey @startca, we've been trying to get our Internet service back up and running. However, we've been unable to contact anyone to come out and assist for the past few days. Been in hold multiple times with no help for 2 hours each time

    @startca just wondering if there’s an issue with Sportsnet Ontario? We’d like to watch the Leaf game, but the channel will no load. Every other channel is fine.

    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.

    @startca last night spent 2 hours and 13 mins on phone waiting someone. Then it hit 9pm snd it hung up. I called 30 mins waited this morning and had to leave for work because i couldnt do work last night because no internet. Now been on hold currently 30 mins waiting. Help me

    @startca We've been over this, ALL of my equipment is new & the placement is correct. If its isolated to my residence why did you stand me up the 2 times you were supposed to come out? Like I said, DODGE THIS INTERNET...SUPPORT IS NEARLY NONEXISTENT.
