Coral Williams (@Coral9967) reported@startca just wanted to again say that your customer service reps are awesome. Called about a change in service inquiry on THANKSGIVING and the woman was so pleasant. A apologized but this has been the only day that I've had time to call about an upgrade.

Duck (@DucktheRoofer) reported@startca Not sure how you can't know as I'm sure everyone in the building has called their internet providers to complain. Rogers guy was here at 815am, said there's no signal to the entire building. So is Rogers not talking to you or the other way around? Day 4 without internet.
