    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @startca @NeilDowsonPEC How many times do I have to call? 3 tech's no show, 3 days of missed work & I still have a cable lying on my lawn. How many times should I miss work? How much time should I spend on the phone with your tech "support"? No offer to compensate me but my full bill keeps rolling in.

    @sxc234 @startca It's been losing internet 3 times a day ever since tells took over it sucks now, been looking elsewhere that's not Bell or Roger's. If u find any let me know.

    @paulvt @startca I’ve had Acanac in the past and it was not reliable at all. Anytime there was an issue it was days before someone got back to me. It was years ago, and super reasonably priced.There service may be better now. Unlikely it could be worse

    @MGirash @beisan @startca I'd second them. No issues with speed, throttling, caps, etc. Only downtimes were network-wide from the big ISP's they use, but their customer service was always clear about communicating it.
