@startca having issues with internet dropping constantly this morning. Are you aware? Rebooted modem and nothing, still having issues. Or is just me ?

@startca Simply communicating this to your clients would save a lot of frustration and calls for help. There is a world of ways to keep your customers informed. "Known current issues and outages" should be front and center on your website. Be proactive so your customers aren't reactive.

@startca Was expecting a few dollars credit based on outage last month given that Rogers gave a 5 day credit to their customers.

@startca No thanks. The past 3 times this has happened, I call but you can't fix it over the phone, so I have to schedule a tech to come over. By the evening, the issue's resolved, so I have to call back and cancel the tech only to hear that "yes there was an outage in your area earlier".

@startca @Cdn_SupahFly Hi I second this issue, my connection is faulty and I'm having trouble at work. I am connected via ethernet cable, so it's not a wireless issue.
