    Between getting my DSL cost jacked up one month into service and signing up for a new house with @startca and getting a call 30 minutes later that they don't actually service the house that their website said they do, this company has been absolute garbage to deal with.

    @startca are there any reported outages in east London my internet went down about 7mins ago. I only have 2 lights on modem one solid green and one flashing green. I already did reset on modem and router same result.

    Does anyone know if there is another @startca / rogers outage? Internet keeps dropping (and reconnecting so far hopefully) but kind of annoying lol

    @hainsworthtv I’ve been with @startca out of London here in the Hamilton area using Cogeco cable infrastructure(who I left because of the stupid pricing). Speed always been consistent as advertised around 120 Mb down per my plan & have had no issues.

    @MushPortobello @startca If you pay for service and that service isn't provided, you should be refunded. Period.

    @startca Simply communicating this to your clients would save a lot of frustration and calls for help. There is a world of ways to keep your customers informed. "Known current issues and outages" should be front and center on your website. Be proactive so your customers aren't reactive.
