We chose lil guy because of that. Now lil guy is BIG GUY and so we wonder and ask, should we expect more BS like the BIG GUYS serve? We think YES

Jay Johnson (@JayJohns14) reported@startca @TELUSsupport sharing feedback that I never had to wait more than 10 minutes on hold prior to Telus purchasing and I'm currently at 1 hour and 52 minutes of being on hold...so much for friendly neighbourhood company
