    I've been with @startca for YEARS and it's always been this way. I have no idea how you hire people that all seem to have the same legit customer service attitudes and are ALWAYS pleasant. Kudos to your hiring team.

    @startca Not worth the $25 credit to sully your reputation with your neighbours, I have to reset my internet multiple times daily. 0% chance I would ever recommend this substandard service.

    @startca Hey Support. Get a message that START TV service is not responding. Tried a reset of all the equipment but still getting the message. Any reports of issues in London?

    @startca @Ketobombchocol1 Neighbor with Rogers. Same issue. Service vehicles in the area, seems to be resolved for now.

    @Rogers I don't understand how you aren't grasping this. There is a widespread @Rogers outage that includes #ldnont right now. Please explain how reporting the widespread Rogers outage can be addressed by @startca? Explain like I am in Kindergarten, because it doesn't make sense.

    Its like waking up from a really bad dream. @startca Fiber half the price for double the speed and the best customer service EVER! I tried bell for the landline, awful experience, services I don’t use and crummy customer care. #switching #StartFiber
