    @CheekyOtter16 @startca My internet has been absolute garbage the last 2 weeks. Lagging, slow, cuts in and out. And my speed test is fine. Which means it’s a server problem. That’s you start. Get this crap together. Thinking about switching companies. The rates keep going up and the quality goes down

    @startca so I can't log into my account, with the saved information on my phone. Lost internet. Contact you via DM and am told to use live chat. Live chat unavailable for tech support.🙃 Let's hope it's back before I start work, since I work from home. 😵‍💫

    Still waiting to hear from @startca to see if there are any outages. Have re-started modem and router more than once. Still no internet at home (good thing I’m not working right now). All lights on modem, but are completely solid. What a pita.

    @startca cable internet in Orleans/Ottawa appears to be down. Modem can't seem to find a connection after a reboot. Any outages atm? 🤔

    @startca having issues with internet dropping constantly this morning. Are you aware? Rebooted modem and nothing, still having issues. Or is just me ?
