    @beisan The worst internet I have ever had is @startca .... Technical support are nice but useless, they can't fix anything you couldn't fix yourself and when a problem happens they blame Rogers. They stood me up twice for service apt's without letting me know and still no fix.

    @startca Internet at my mom's place in Ottawa keeps going down randomly (3rd time today), very unreliable. Any reason for this?

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.

    @startca @TELUSsupport sharing feedback that I never had to wait more than 10 minutes on hold prior to Telus purchasing and I'm currently at 1 hour and 52 minutes of being on hold...so much for friendly neighbourhood company
