    @startca You had your chance to help me but instead stood me up twice causing me to miss work, meaning I didn't get paid for those days. I no longer want your help, I now just want to make sure everyone knows what a terrible service this is and the even worse customer service provided.

    My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭

    @startca If you want to game you can't If you want to work from home you can't If you want to use gambling sites, you can't There is 1 upside, weight loss. I've lost 10 pounds going up and down the stairs 5+ times a day to reset my internet.

    Odd, we pay for 250mbps of internet speed but aren't receiving nearly that from @startca 🤔 unplugged the modem, the router, heck we even got a new pc today but still pretty poor on the download speed 🤔 the upload speed is exactly what we're paying for but this is odd...

    @startca having problems connecting to most websites. Diagnostics are giving DNS server error. Hearthstone and Spotify are strangely working, though.
