    @startca Why have we STILL not received any email communication about the outage from you guys?! I get that it was a rogers issue but some acknowledgement would have been kind. Are your customers going to receive any compensation?

    @startca Game consoles still saying there is a weak signal, after doing everything possible to fix. Hope the connection is not unstable for too much longer

    @hainsworthtv I’ve been with @startca out of London here in the Hamilton area using Cogeco cable infrastructure(who I left because of the stupid pricing). Speed always been consistent as advertised around 120 Mb down per my plan & have had no issues.
