    @startca absolutely the worst isp out there. Customer service included. Almost a hundred a month and without exaggeration, cant watch a single video online without it buffering multiple times. Finally had enough

    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.

    Thank for bullshit customer service for the last 5 years @startca but your HOUR wait times to get through to billing and nothing but connection issues EVERY MONTH I'm done **** you guys

    @paulvt @startca I’ve had Acanac in the past and it was not reliable at all. Anytime there was an issue it was days before someone got back to me. It was years ago, and super reasonably priced.There service may be better now. Unlikely it could be worse
