    Just tried to call @cogeco to ask a basic pricing question as I try to help my mother-in-law with her wifi, and was told that their modem rental pricing isn’t standardized?!? What in the holy hell?! ENDLESSLY glad I switched to @startca years ago.

    Hi friends 👋🏻 My modem is no longer working & @startca wants to charge me an increase for a new modem. My internet just increased & I can't even stream because the bandwidth is too low. Can sum1 help me w an affordable provider in #ontario #internet #help

    @startca If you want to game you can't If you want to work from home you can't If you want to use gambling sites, you can't There is 1 upside, weight loss. I've lost 10 pounds the past few months going up and down the stairs 5+ times a day to reset my internet.

    @startca @Olee22090047 This is the BS I'm talking about ppl. If you need help all they can do is suggest you power cycle your equipment. Otherwise they blame the customer or rogers, they'd blame the easter bunny if they through you'd accept it. 3 times I was no showed by a tech WORTHLESS WELFAR SERVICE

    @RogersHelps Why nothing for @startca customers who fall under your broken infrastructure? That’s not right. I lost a day of work because of that.

    @startca Can you also look into Sportsnet 1? Channel 407? The audio is fine, but the streaming pauses and then rapidly catches up every few minutes. We find that sportsnet and sometimes the TSN channels have this issue. No others.
