    @startca So do I hold tight or call for help? I’ve power cycled my modem and router a few times today and still no connectivity. In Whitby.

    @startca Game consoles still saying there is a weak signal, after doing everything possible to fix. Hope the connection is not unstable for too much longer

    @startca Ok CNN has now been down for over a week . It was down before the big Rogers fiasco. How about either some of that transparency we have herd so much about or some actual news or effort regarding this outage. This has happened before please tell us what’s really happening!

    @nicovfernando @startca It went completely down, but it eventually came back. Luckily I haven't had a speed issue that was noticeable.

    @sherratt3298 @startca Rogers is covering their butts. According to CBC, it was human error that crashed the whole network during routine maintenance.

    @startca Why have we STILL not received any email communication about the outage from you guys?! I get that it was a rogers issue but some acknowledgement would have been kind. Are your customers going to receive any compensation?
