@unownedspaces @startca They already said on their feed here they will. They're just waiting to see what the scope and duration of the outage is. Can't no the duration until everyone's back to normal, though.

@sherratt3298 @startca Rogers is covering their butts. According to CBC, it was human error that crashed the whole network during routine maintenance.

@Jhericho38 @startca Yeah I feel so sorry for them after they jacked up the price of my internet subscription by 15$ a month after I started my service with them, while decreasing the cost of other people's fibre at the same time. It's a good thing start has such good little slaves defending the corp

@DiligentBeaver @Cruu__ @startca Rogers isn't giving any of their customers a timeline, and as a Rogers customer, Start has no timeline, either.

@startca Will you be crediting customers affected by Friday’s outage ?

@startca better provide technical support and return the service then to spread panic and try to divert and distort reality. Still do not have Internet as of this evening

@blaineschalk Here’s the issue with start - I currently pay 80/month for 500mb internet. I can pay start 95/month for 300mb internet or 100/month for 1GB internet. That’s it. That’s the list. I love @startca but moving to them doesn’t make fiscal sense sadly.

@DinisPhillip @random_bum @startca My internet is back. Has been since 22h after the outage started.

@startca I know you were not responsible for my Internet outage this week as your cable Internet runs in @Rogers infrastructure. Do you have Fiber in the Westmont are is London that doesn't use cables owned by Rogers?
