    @startca don’t often watch MTV but something wrong with that channel. Resolution is wrong, screen is letterboxed and background audio is higher than main audio. Can’t hear what people are saying over the background music. Can this be fixed?

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @startca Any issues reported in the Etobicoke area, as my Internet has been down for about the last 30 minutes, even after a power cycle of the modem.

    @startca We've been over this, ALL of my equipment is new & the placement is correct. If its isolated to my residence why did you stand me up the 2 times you were supposed to come out? Like I said, DODGE THIS INTERNET...SUPPORT IS NEARLY NONEXISTENT.

    Just tried to call @cogeco to ask a basic pricing question as I try to help my mother-in-law with her wifi, and was told that their modem rental pricing isn’t standardized?!? What in the holy hell?! ENDLESSLY glad I switched to @startca years ago.

    @startca just wondering if there’s an issue with Sportsnet Ontario? We’d like to watch the Leaf game, but the channel will no load. Every other channel is fine.
