I no longer want your help, I now just want to make sure everyone knows what a terrible service this is and the even worse customer service provided.

Christopher Lewis (@SaltedCashews) reported@geebs1983 @beisan @startca Ran into same, but lines were Rogers. On the Start side, I get Tier 3 help. She spent days narrowing down very odd and specific issues, and even tried to 'fudged reports to get Rogers out twice to tweak things - which worked. Love Start overall, but can't wait for their fibre.

Chris Goulard (@gadgetwizguy) reported from Orangeville, Ontario@startca when I call because the neighbourhood Internet keeps going up and down all afternoon, so a @Rogers issue AGAIN, do NOT tell me to reset my modem just put the damn ticket in. Whole area keeps going down. Just DO IT!!!

Jordan (@geebs1983) reported@startca This is the worst internet on the planet, if you want to stream, play a video game, play in a casino, watch music on youtube, work from home or preform any other task that requires constant internet than this is not the product for you.
