My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭

@startca We've had technicians out, called Multiple times, you can't or just won't fix it. Not even bothering to give you another chance were switching next week

Odd, we pay for 250mbps of internet speed but aren't receiving nearly that from @startca 🤔 unplugged the modem, the router, heck we even got a new pc today but still pretty poor on the download speed 🤔 the upload speed is exactly what we're paying for but this is odd...

@stillkvl @startca For what it’s worth, the precious service I’ve received from Start has been great. Maybe I just got the wrong person on the wrong day. Was just so dismayed by her lack of empathy and caring.
