I no longer want your help, I now just want to make sure everyone knows what a terrible service this is and the even worse customer service provided.

I told you it was at the pole, I told you in less than fav weather the internet went in and out...YOU ALWAYS BLAME ROGERS OR THE CUSTOMER.

As it just so happens, my internet has gone down now while I'm trying to work from home. Almost 16 months now and nothing has been resolved. Pathetic! #CRTC #CCTS @startca @Rogers
