@startca I tried the website chat via my phone’s LTE but it said the chat wasn’t available. Wifi is going up and down starting the last couple minutes. If it doesn’t stay stable will phone via cell cuz your voip won’t be stable

Its like waking up from a really bad dream. @startca Fiber half the price for double the speed and the best customer service EVER! I tried bell for the landline, awful experience, services I don’t use and crummy customer care. #switching #StartFiber

@GabrielCPinto @startca I don’t game so I can’t speak to speeds regarding that, but have no issues using streaming services with them ie Netflix Disney+, Amazon prime. I actually have their IPTV service as well and I’m quite happy with it

I've been with @startca for YEARS and it's always been this way. I have no idea how you hire people that all seem to have the same legit customer service attitudes and are ALWAYS pleasant. Kudos to your hiring team.

@startca just wanted to again say that your customer service reps are awesome. Called about a change in service inquiry on THANKSGIVING and the woman was so pleasant. A apologized but this has been the only day that I've had time to call about an upgrade.

@startca Not sure how you can't know as I'm sure everyone in the building has called their internet providers to complain. Rogers guy was here at 815am, said there's no signal to the entire building. So is Rogers not talking to you or the other way around? Day 4 without internet.
