    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @startca @chachee1976 Yes. We aren’t dumb. To be clear for you though: We’ve had service with the BIG GUYS and it was utter BS service and customer service. We chose lil guy because of that. Now lil guy is BIG GUY and so we wonder and ask, should we expect more BS like the BIG GUYS serve? We think YES

    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.

    Seriously. @startca is absolute garbage. I’ve been a customer since October and now on my 15th outage. Why oh why did I leave Teksavvy
