    @startca You had your chance to help me but instead stood me up twice causing me to miss work, meaning I didn't get paid for those days. I no longer want your help, I now just want to make sure everyone knows what a terrible service this is and the even worse customer service provided.

    Thank for bullshit customer service for the last 5 years @startca but your HOUR wait times to get through to billing and nothing but connection issues EVERY MONTH I'm done **** you guys

    @beisan The worst internet I have ever had is @startca .... Technical support are nice but useless, they can't fix anything you couldn't fix yourself and when a problem happens they blame Rogers. They stood me up twice for service apt's without letting me know and still no fix.
