    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.

    @fanCRTCProfling No. All I ever got was a blanket statement that they do not compensate for any reason. As it just so happens, my internet has gone down now while I'm trying to work from home. Almost 16 months now and nothing has been resolved. Pathetic! #CRTC #CCTS @startca @Rogers

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts
