    @startca @oxio_internet We should need very little support if you provided good quality and reliable internet. It used to be good a couple of yrs ago. I don’t know happened to you guys. I hope you are aware that your reputation is no longer a good one.

    @startca We do not have fibre service at our location, still on cable service. And I was told that was no ETA for fibre in the neighbourhood.

    @startca Any issues reported in the Etobicoke area, as my Internet has been down for about the last 30 minutes, even after a power cycle of the modem.

    Neither @rogers and @startca will get a technician here to fix my internet after a @Rogers technician disconnected my NON-direct Rogers line while hooking up another unit's internet until tomorrow morning. Both seem to think its acceptable to make us go without internet....

    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.
