@startca 49 hours without service, my “patience and understanding “ has run out.

@startca I guess I won’t complain about the weak internet service since others don’t appear to have any.

Third day without full Rogers service for TV and @startca internet. I guess we aren’t in the “vast majority” that have service restored. 🤥

@itsjust_bri @startca Dude; that's EVERY COMPANY'S Customer Service Queue. LOL. Start's own site still hasn't come up fully; we need to wait until Rogers gets its arse in gear and starts caring about ALL their customers, including bulk service customers like START

@nobotbeaulieu @startca Could be, seems most in town on Start lost connection in the middle of the night until about 8am. I've only lost service once and it was a blackout across 4 towns so I'm not sure if it's maintenance or if the Rogers lines are still having issues.

@slicemage @startca Indeed, your staff have been champions in working and doing everything they can in this. I've seen some irate customers expressing their frustration, but I know you're working hard to serve us, and you're a frustrated customer yourself, of Rogers' Bulk Internet. Thanks to you all

@startca Hi! We’re in day three of the outage for us — just curious if there’s an ETA for resolution, especially since everyone else seems to have been sorted out by yesterday morning and we’re still stuck here hotspotting our phones and over-maxxing our mobile data…

@Cruu__ @startca Unfortunately, Start probably can't give an estimate because the problem is in the cable network, which is owned and managed by Rogers... Start (and every other ISP who offers cable internet) are at the mercy of Rogers's network techs.

@AndrewMcC19 @startca That has nothing to do with Start. That's due to Rogers suing to raise their prices despite the federal legislation that fixed their prices for bulk customers. Any 3rd party internet company you go to will have the same issue, and the Big 3 will abuse you like hell. Nag your MP.

@JamiesonRoberts @startca Rogers really screwed the pooch on this, and they're prioritizing getting service back to their corporate customers first, individual customers second, and bulk access customers, like Start last. At least Start is thinking of their customers first, not their bottom line.
