    Just tried to call @cogeco to ask a basic pricing question as I try to help my mother-in-law with her wifi, and was told that their modem rental pricing isn’t standardized?!? What in the holy hell?! ENDLESSLY glad I switched to @startca years ago.

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @RogersHelps Why nothing for @startca customers who fall under your broken infrastructure? That’s not right. I lost a day of work because of that.

    @startca Can you also look into Sportsnet 1? Channel 407? The audio is fine, but the streaming pauses and then rapidly catches up every few minutes. We find that sportsnet and sometimes the TSN channels have this issue. No others.

    @startca any known issues downtown London (Ridout and Albert area)? My internet keeps cutting in and out.
