    Good ole @startca Been on hold for two hours, just to be told there is a network problem with the digital phone service. Why the hell would they just post that and save people a lot of time wasted sitting in a phone que for hours. Since Koodo, things have gone down hill.

    @RogersHelps Why nothing for @startca customers who fall under your broken infrastructure? That’s not right. I lost a day of work because of that.

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts
