    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    Thank for bullshit customer service for the last 5 years @startca but your HOUR wait times to get through to billing and nothing but connection issues EVERY MONTH I'm done **** you guys

    @startca when I call because the neighbourhood Internet keeps going up and down all afternoon, so a @Rogers issue AGAIN, do NOT tell me to reset my modem just put the damn ticket in. Whole area keeps going down. Just DO IT!!!

    @startca is the absolute worst ISP out there. Their service is constantly failing, they double charge you and offer a refund then don't give it when you agree. They are ignoring me and holding my money ransom. Have proof
