    Just has the worst customer service from @startca (Sherri?) that it almost makes me want to switch to Rogers. Abysmal and rude. (Also, doesn’t help that there’s an outage that they won’t even attempt to help resolve.)

    @startca is there an outage in East York? Haven't been able to get internet for nearly an hour, router has been restarted and appears to be fine.

    @startca I tried the website chat via my phone’s LTE but it said the chat wasn’t available. Wifi is going up and down starting the last couple minutes. If it doesn’t stay stable will phone via cell cuz your voip won’t be stable

    @startca Did all the updates, restarted, rebooted and reset. Still having major buffering problems. Never been this bad.
