    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.

    @startca when I call because the neighbourhood Internet keeps going up and down all afternoon, so a @Rogers issue AGAIN, do NOT tell me to reset my modem just put the damn ticket in. Whole area keeps going down. Just DO IT!!!
