    @startca just wondering if there’s an issue with Sportsnet Ontario? We’d like to watch the Leaf game, but the channel will no load. Every other channel is fine.

    @startca We've been over this, ALL of my equipment is new & the placement is correct. If its isolated to my residence why did you stand me up the 2 times you were supposed to come out? Like I said, DODGE THIS INTERNET...SUPPORT IS NEARLY NONEXISTENT.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco @startca So when my mother-in-law is using an older non-wifi modem, she would have to change her whole service to get a wifi one? She couldn’t just upgrade the modem?

    @startca any known issues in the midhurst (L4N) area? Internet has been down for an hour, modem can’t acquire downstream channels, wondering if it’s weather related or if I’m just lucky. :)

    @RogersHelps Why nothing for @startca customers who fall under your broken infrastructure? That’s not right. I lost a day of work because of that.

    @startca Perhaps if you’re going to raise the prices, your internet service should actually connect. Where is that covered in literacy

    @MGirash @beisan @startca I'd second them. No issues with speed, throttling, caps, etc. Only downtimes were network-wide from the big ISP's they use, but their customer service was always clear about communicating it.

    @startca why does my internet disconnect every 5 mins and when it does work, its slow as molasses
