    When are @Bell_Support or @startca going to offer residential fibre in downtown #ldnont? You’d think with their physical stations near/in the core this would be yesterday’s news. Appears they are OK with letting @Rogers have all the gigabit service money.

    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.

    @startca Any update on the outage in Mississauga? Connection has been flapping for about 4 hours now and when I spoke to support around 10am, they couldn't find anything identifying an outage but the guy suspected there would be one soon.
