    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    Hey @startca can you get a hold on your buddy @cogeco, and reestablish my internet connectivity? I never imagined that upgrading my speed would immediately cause disruption.

    @startca I have multiple friends with this service that have complained about the same problems as I have. I don't know the severity of there intermittent issues but it does seem to indicate that this isn't isolated to me.

    @startca TSN 4 looks horrible, are you still sending this in 30fps? That’s what it looks like, not so good for live sports.

    @startca Any issues reported in the Etobicoke area, as my Internet has been down for about the last 30 minutes, even after a power cycle of the modem.

    @startca hi there. It says there the service is currently having issues in some areas of Toronto? Just want to confirm if just me or there is some outages
