    @startca is the absolute worst ISP out there. Their service is constantly failing, they double charge you and offer a refund then don't give it when you agree. They are ignoring me and holding my money ransom. Have proof

    @RogersHelps Why nothing for @startca customers who fall under your broken infrastructure? That’s not right. I lost a day of work because of that.

    @startca Can you also look into Sportsnet 1? Channel 407? The audio is fine, but the streaming pauses and then rapidly catches up every few minutes. We find that sportsnet and sometimes the TSN channels have this issue. No others.
