    @startca I have multiple friends with this service that have complained about the same problems as I have. I don't know the severity of there intermittent issues but it does seem to indicate that this isn't isolated to me.

    @stillkvl @startca For what it’s worth, the precious service I’ve received from Start has been great. Maybe I just got the wrong person on the wrong day. Was just so dismayed by her lack of empathy and caring.

    @startca We've had technicians out, called Multiple times, you can't or just won't fix it. Not even bothering to give you another chance were switching next week

    @startca having problems connecting to most websites. Diagnostics are giving DNS server error. Hearthstone and Spotify are strangely working, though.

    My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭
