    @startca @NeilDowsonPEC IF YOU SIGN UP FOR WELFARE SERVICE YOU GET WELFARE SERVCE. DODGE THIS GARBAGE, WELFARE SERVICE. When it works it's fine, when it doesn't they just blame the customer, or Rogers, or the Tooth Fairy, anything to get you off the phone.

    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.

    @startca hey guys are you having an issue in the Cambridge area? Our internet went out about an hour ago and I already did the typical stuff to get it working and it’s still just blinking downstream symbol.
