    @startca Normally, I'm a fan of Start, until today. My elderly friend is your customer. Her internet bill is due on Monday Sept 5th. She pays manually through her bank (not PAD). Why today, did you try to bill her CREDIT CARD for her Sept 5th payment?

    Still waiting to hear from @startca to see if there are any outages. Have re-started modem and router more than once. Still no internet at home (good thing I’m not working right now). All lights on modem, but are completely solid. What a pita.

    @Gooni3Gamess @startca And I as well have had start since it came to london on. This is the worst it’s ever been with no sign of change. I’m done with you guys. Changing to new service provider next week.
