    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    Thank for bullshit customer service for the last 5 years @startca but your HOUR wait times to get through to billing and nothing but connection issues EVERY MONTH I'm done **** you guys

    @beisan The worst internet I have ever had is @startca .... Technical support are nice but useless, they can't fix anything you couldn't fix yourself and when a problem happens they blame Rogers. They stood me up twice for service apt's without letting me know and still no fix.

    Hey @startca can you get a hold on your buddy @cogeco, and reestablish my internet connectivity? I never imagined that upgrading my speed would immediately cause disruption.

    Neither @rogers and @startca will get a technician here to fix my internet after a @Rogers technician disconnected my NON-direct Rogers line while hooking up another unit's internet until tomorrow morning. Both seem to think its acceptable to make us go without internet....

    @startca My internet has gone out earlier today and has yet to come back online, do you have any information about this issue on your end? possible outage?
