    @AydaPublic @startca This is garbage service, I've been told a tech was coming twice and both times they stood me up without even a phone call.

    @startca I have had 2 restart my internet twice in the first 10 mins of walking up, and this is a daily thing. Yesterday we had to restart the internet 5 times. Start was supposed to send a tech twice, both times I was stood up without a call. "Customer service" is worthless, no help.

    My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭

    When are @Bell_Support or @startca going to offer residential fibre in downtown #ldnont? You’d think with their physical stations near/in the core this would be yesterday’s news. Appears they are OK with letting @Rogers have all the gigabit service money.
