    @startca My WiFi has been unaffected through this (over cogeco) but now it's out? Is there a new outage as this isn't related to the Rogers issue.

    @ChrisMi74417341 @ShaziaC49004611 @startca They ARE installing their own; it's just a long process. They're rolling out in London, ON now, and as they're able, they're making their own Fibe network available to all their customers. They aren't sitting on their hands; they're being proactive.

    @startca I guess I won’t complain about the weak internet service since others don’t appear to have any.

    @startca Thanks for keeping us updated through this. This is why you're seeing so much customer loyalty in these threads. Update in London: Internet on, but some sites inaccessible. Home Phone: On TV: Can't detect active ethernet connection.

    @startca I haven’t had any service for 51 hours to lose………………

    @AndrewMcC19 @startca That has nothing to do with Start. That's due to Rogers suing to raise their prices despite the federal legislation that fixed their prices for bulk customers. Any 3rd party internet company you go to will have the same issue, and the Big 3 will abuse you like hell. Nag your MP.

    @itsjust_bri @startca Dude; that's EVERY COMPANY'S Customer Service Queue. LOL. Start's own site still hasn't come up fully; we need to wait until Rogers gets its arse in gear and starts caring about ALL their customers, including bulk service customers like START

    @Jhericho38 @startca Yeah I feel so sorry for them after they jacked up the price of my internet subscription by 15$ a month after I started my service with them, while decreasing the cost of other people's fibre at the same time. It's a good thing start has such good little slaves defending the corp

    @Meh_what3ver @startca Lol. Rogers had their service running about 12 hours before start did. But right, that’s a me problem

    @AndrewMcC19 @startca If you're upset about prices, then contact your Member of Parliament and the Minister of Communications. They're the ones that failed to draft new legislation to compensate for Rogers' Lawsuit that exempted them from the Bulk Customer Pricing Legislation.
