@stillkvl @startca For what it’s worth, the precious service I’ve received from Start has been great. Maybe I just got the wrong person on the wrong day. Was just so dismayed by her lack of empathy and caring.

Just has the worst customer service from @startca (Sherri?) that it almost makes me want to switch to Rogers. Abysmal and rude. (Also, doesn’t help that there’s an outage that they won’t even attempt to help resolve.)

My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭
