@startca Yes, I've never had an issue contacting your team if I need support. I can't say the same regarding the "big three" where you're stuck on hold for 2+ hours.

@startca Did you read my message?! Obvs not! It was out, came back an hour later and I couldn’t get through to tech support as it was only a busy signal. BOOOO!!!

@startca No thanks. The past 3 times this has happened, I call but you can't fix it over the phone, so I have to schedule a tech to come over. By the evening, the issue's resolved, so I have to call back and cancel the tech only to hear that "yes there was an outage in your area earlier".
