    @startca Can you explain why the service is so inconsistent? Because every time I've reached out, I'm always told that there is no record of an issue on your end

    @GabrielCPinto @startca I don’t game so I can’t speak to speeds regarding that, but have no issues using streaming services with them ie Netflix Disney+, Amazon prime. I actually have their IPTV service as well and I’m quite happy with it

    @startca You guys going to inform your customers what's going on or what? 2 days now sporadic internet. No answers in DMS or support chat. Pathetic support services. Also if anyone else sees this I'm currently looking for a new provider that will support its customers!
