Hey @startca, we've been trying to get our Internet service back up and running. However, we've been unable to contact anyone to come out and assist for the past few days. Been in hold multiple times with no help for 2 hours each time

@startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.
