    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @ally_young81 @startca For that Leaf game , I had to go over to the neighbours who use Bell/Fibe, they laugh at my Start issues. The game was clear as a "Bell". I didn't tell them about the quality of CNN on Start TV, it's too embarrassing.

    @beisan The worst internet I have ever had is @startca .... Technical support are nice but useless, they can't fix anything you couldn't fix yourself and when a problem happens they blame Rogers. They stood me up twice for service apt's without letting me know and still no fix.

    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.

    @startca Internet at my mom's place in Ottawa keeps going down randomly (3rd time today), very unreliable. Any reason for this?
