    Thank for bullshit customer service for the last 5 years @startca but your HOUR wait times to get through to billing and nothing but connection issues EVERY MONTH I'm done **** you guys

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @startca internet has been out since late Wednesday here in Toronto :(. Support has been called twice with promises made to send someone out. Just sent you a support email from your site and this tweet. I need the services restored to work from home please 🙏🏾
