    @paulvt @startca I’ve had Acanac in the past and it was not reliable at all. Anytime there was an issue it was days before someone got back to me. It was years ago, and super reasonably priced.There service may be better now. Unlikely it could be worse

    Thank for bullshit customer service for the last 5 years @startca but your HOUR wait times to get through to billing and nothing but connection issues EVERY MONTH I'm done **** you guys

    Hey @startca, we've been trying to get our Internet service back up and running. However, we've been unable to contact anyone to come out and assist for the past few days. Been in hold multiple times with no help for 2 hours each time
