    @startca Simply communicating this to your clients would save a lot of frustration and calls for help. There is a world of ways to keep your customers informed. "Known current issues and outages" should be front and center on your website. Be proactive so your customers aren't reactive.

    @startca Glad we are reconnected! Will we be receiving a credit for the time the internet was down? Rogers is providing 5 days of credit to its customers.

    @startca i have been having issues accessing amazon prime video. I have rebooted my home router and modem and the issue is still happening.
