    When are @Bell_Support or @startca going to offer residential fibre in downtown #ldnont? You’d think with their physical stations near/in the core this would be yesterday’s news. Appears they are OK with letting @Rogers have all the gigabit service money.

    @AydaPublic @startca This is garbage service, I've been told a tech was coming twice and both times they stood me up without even a phone call.

    @startca We've had technicians out, called Multiple times, you can't or just won't fix it. Not even bothering to give you another chance were switching next week

    @startca I have had 2 restart my internet twice in the first 10 mins of walking up, and this is a daily thing. Yesterday we had to restart the internet 5 times. Start was supposed to send a tech twice, both times I was stood up without a call. "Customer service" is worthless, no help.

    @vasta @startca I get it. And we all have bad days. I would just hate for the overall customer service to go a specific direction.

    Do you know what's the worse in watching #FIFAWorldCup with @startca? Is that the signal is so delayed (about a minute and a half) that my in-laws are able to voice message us from whatsapp the telling about the goal/offside #bra #sui
