Dol Lan (@DolLang1975) reported@CP24 What does that literally equate to in #dollars and #cents. How are smaller companies like the Southwestern service provider @Startca that piggyback on @Rogers how will they reimburse customers & how timely will this all happen.
-
Mike MacKenzie (@MWMacKenzie) reported@jmccall54 @blaineschalk @startca I'm a Start customer in an apartment. I pay $62 per month for unlimited. They haven't installed their own fibre yet due to some technical issue with my building so it uses Bell.

Mike Huk (@shock_lab) reported@startca So do I hold tight or call for help? I’ve power cycled my modem and router a few times today and still no connectivity. In Whitby.
-
Jeremy McCall (@jmccall54) reported@blaineschalk @startca Yeah so it’s an option for those other reasons for sure, but teksavvy would be $7 a month cheaper than what I pay now for the same service.
-
what’s in a name (@thatstheone01) reported@startca Why have we STILL not received any email communication about the outage from you guys?! I get that it was a rogers issue but some acknowledgement would have been kind. Are your customers going to receive any compensation?
-
Tripti Ninan (@ttninan) reported@startca Glad we are reconnected! Will we be receiving a credit for the time the internet was down? Rogers is providing 5 days of credit to its customers.

Jeremy McCall (@jmccall54) reported@blaineschalk Here’s the issue with start - I currently pay 80/month for 500mb internet. I can pay start 95/month for 300mb internet or 100/month for 1GB internet. That’s it. That’s the list. I love @startca but moving to them doesn’t make fiscal sense sadly.
