    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.

    @startca internet has been out since late Wednesday here in Toronto :(. Support has been called twice with promises made to send someone out. Just sent you a support email from your site and this tweet. I need the services restored to work from home please 🙏🏾
