    @fanCRTCProfling No. All I ever got was a blanket statement that they do not compensate for any reason. As it just so happens, my internet has gone down now while I'm trying to work from home. Almost 16 months now and nothing has been resolved. Pathetic! #CRTC #CCTS @startca @Rogers

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    Do you know what's the worse in watching #FIFAWorldCup with @startca? Is that the signal is so delayed (about a minute and a half) that my in-laws are able to voice message us from whatsapp the telling about the goal/offside #bra #sui

    @startca @NeilDowsonPEC How many times do I have to call? 3 tech's no show, 3 days of missed work & I still have a cable lying on my lawn. How many times should I miss work? How much time should I spend on the phone with your tech "support"? No offer to compensate me but my full bill keeps rolling in.

    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.

    @startca hey guys are you having an issue in the Cambridge area? Our internet went out about an hour ago and I already did the typical stuff to get it working and it’s still just blinking downstream symbol.

    @startca I have multiple friends with this service that have complained about the same problems as I have. I don't know the severity of there intermittent issues but it does seem to indicate that this isn't isolated to me.
