    @startca I tried the website chat via my phone’s LTE but it said the chat wasn’t available. Wifi is going up and down starting the last couple minutes. If it doesn’t stay stable will phone via cell cuz your voip won’t be stable

    @startca so it says connected but nothing is loading, the constant issues with my internet connection is getting beyond frustrating

    @startca My internet is constantly going down! I have your box/modem but purchased the wifi device as per your recommendation and its constantly needing to be reset....the modem needs to be replaced per my last call with you guys. Plz help!
