    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @startca Any issues reported in the Etobicoke area, as my Internet has been down for about the last 30 minutes, even after a power cycle of the modem.

    @startca @Rogers @RogersHelps I can but I don't see the point...I spent the morning on the phone with technical support who told me there is nothing Start can do until tomorrow morning. It was a Rogers technician that disconnected my internet.

    Thank for bullshit customer service for the last 5 years @startca but your HOUR wait times to get through to billing and nothing but connection issues EVERY MONTH I'm done **** you guys

    @NeilDowsonPEC @startca @startca does suck, after months of no support, no help, useless staff I finally decided to pull the plug on this welfare garbage service. The cable literally disconnected at the pole 2 weeks ago, its been lying on my lawn and they still haven't fixed it. DODGE THIS **** SERVICE!
