    Good ole @startca Been on hold for two hours, just to be told there is a network problem with the digital phone service. Why the hell would they just post that and save people a lot of time wasted sitting in a phone que for hours. Since Koodo, things have gone down hill.

    @startca @TELUSsupport sharing feedback that I never had to wait more than 10 minutes on hold prior to Telus purchasing and I'm currently at 1 hour and 52 minutes of being on hold...so much for friendly neighbourhood company

    @startca @chachee1976 Yes. We aren’t dumb. To be clear for you though: We’ve had service with the BIG GUYS and it was utter BS service and customer service. We chose lil guy because of that. Now lil guy is BIG GUY and so we wonder and ask, should we expect more BS like the BIG GUYS serve? We think YES
