    @startca absolutely the worst isp out there. Customer service included. Almost a hundred a month and without exaggeration, cant watch a single video online without it buffering multiple times. Finally had enough

    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.

    @startca @Olee22090047 This is the BS I'm talking about ppl. If you need help all they can do is suggest you power cycle your equipment. Otherwise they blame the customer or rogers, they'd blame the easter bunny if they through you'd accept it. 3 times I was no showed by a tech WORTHLESS WELFAR SERVICE

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @startca I have multiple friends with this service that have complained about the same problems as I have. I don't know the severity of there intermittent issues but it does seem to indicate that this isn't isolated to me.

    Thank for bullshit customer service for the last 5 years @startca but your HOUR wait times to get through to billing and nothing but connection issues EVERY MONTH I'm done **** you guys
