    When are @Bell_Support or @startca going to offer residential fibre in downtown #ldnont? You’d think with their physical stations near/in the core this would be yesterday’s news. Appears they are OK with letting @Rogers have all the gigabit service money.

    @startca You had your chance to help me but instead stood me up twice causing me to miss work, meaning I didn't get paid for those days. I no longer want your help, I now just want to make sure everyone knows what a terrible service this is and the even worse customer service provided.

    @startca We've had technicians out, called Multiple times, you can't or just won't fix it. Not even bothering to give you another chance were switching next week

    My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭
