    @AydaPublic @startca This is garbage service, I've been told a tech was coming twice and both times they stood me up without even a phone call.

    @startca You guys going to inform your customers what's going on or what? 2 days now sporadic internet. No answers in DMS or support chat. Pathetic support services. Also if anyone else sees this I'm currently looking for a new provider that will support its customers!

    @startca I have had 2 restart my internet twice in the first 10 mins of walking up, and this is a daily thing. Yesterday we had to restart the internet 5 times. Start was supposed to send a tech twice, both times I was stood up without a call. "Customer service" is worthless, no help.

    @startca Using a service such as CloudflareDNS or OpenDNS can even make it better and take it to the next level.

    @startca is there an outage in East York? Haven't been able to get internet for nearly an hour, router has been restarted and appears to be fine.

    @startca Absolutely true, no issues in 8 years of service.

    @startca Did all the updates, restarted, rebooted and reset. Still having major buffering problems. Never been this bad.
