@vasta @startca Ours in NW (@startca) isn’t stable yet either. I’m still continually defaulting to my old bell hi-speed phone service for reliable connection. I was wondering the same thing, hoping it’s back to normal by Monday!

@hainsworthtv I know it would be like shuffling decks chairs on a sinking ship but hopefully Rogers sees a crap ton of subscribers bail on them in the next few weeks. Ideally people would switch to other third party providers like TekSavy or @startca instead of another big Telco

@startca My WiFi has been unaffected through this (over cogeco) but now it's out? Is there a new outage as this isn't related to the Rogers issue.

@startca can you confirm that Start cable is in fact down in London? Media saying outage largely resolved yet day 3 now, my $100 a month service with Start still not working.

@yzz_spicy @startca Start already said, several times, that once the scope and duration of this outage is known, and everyone has full services again, then they'll assess the amounts of compensation. Do you want to rush the decision, and get less than we deserve? Patience!

@startca @_alenperic Be clear on this; Start is not "doing anything" right now. They can't. Every single thing our internet is doing now is Rogers trying to fix their error. Don't ***** at Start; they're victims in this as well. I hope they get a huge compensation from Rogers when this is all over!
