@BryanPassifiume @RogersHelps I've been a huge fan of the level of customer service I have received over the years from @startca (sub off Rogers I know) however call centre LOCAL, never a long cue, and nothing but friendly helpful assistance. Also have referral program. Please PM for email.

@startca Ok CNN has now been down for over a week . It was down before the big Rogers fiasco. How about either some of that transparency we have herd so much about or some actual news or effort regarding this outage. This has happened before please tell us what’s really happening!

Does anyone know if there is another @startca / rogers outage? Internet keeps dropping (and reconnecting so far hopefully) but kind of annoying lol
