    @startca You had your chance to help me but instead stood me up twice causing me to miss work, meaning I didn't get paid for those days. I no longer want your help, I now just want to make sure everyone knows what a terrible service this is and the even worse customer service provided.

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    Thank for bullshit customer service for the last 5 years @startca but your HOUR wait times to get through to billing and nothing but connection issues EVERY MONTH I'm done **** you guys
