Chris Goulard (@gadgetwizguy) reported from Orangeville, Ontario@startca when I call because the neighbourhood Internet keeps going up and down all afternoon, so a @Rogers issue AGAIN, do NOT tell me to reset my modem just put the damn ticket in. Whole area keeps going down. Just DO IT!!!

Ty (@F8TheUncreator) reported@startca you guys need to figure out a way too let us know the service is down and an estimated time it's coming back on, paying for services that don't work on a regular basis is not what anyone wants. If it's an issue with the lines you rent, time too look at new lines to run.

Jaclyn Kamenar (@JKamenar) reported@startca @oxio_internet We should need very little support if you provided good quality and reliable internet. It used to be good a couple of yrs ago. I don’t know happened to you guys. I hope you are aware that your reputation is no longer a good one.
