@TELUSsupport we got 3 new phones with this company I just got off from a phone call with Telus costumer service I have spent over 24 hrs in total trying to set up our new phones Each time they messed up so badly and we had to keep calling back and wait again onhold for hours (1)

Same question for @SaanichPolice, not sure who can help or if we can even get help without escalating his rage further and making it more dangerous. Thanks. Can’t hold phone calls long enough to call non-emergency, @TELUS no longer serves our neighbourhood enough for that. :(

I just had the most wildly excellent customer service experience getting my @TELUS internet moved and having my ex removed from my account. Enough for me to tweet about it, which says a lot. Took my safety seriously and ensured I was taken care of for my move.

I swear to god @TELUS I'm about to start recording speedtests on film twice per day for the next 6 months and take you to court, there's no excuse for your service and it is physically preventing me from working, let alone do basic internet browsing. @TELUSsupport

@jmarcus_md @kkeshavjee Time to bail. That’s a vendor milking an obsolete cash cow and daring you to leave. Talk to others and see what they do to support migration. FWIW, my GP likes Telus. (I have no financial interest in any EMR, just a lively curiosity looking for the next problem to solve.)
