    @TacoPoss @chaotic_kat Telus gave me the 25$ no data plan, unlimited nationwide calling. but i had to talk to an agent they told me the low cost data plan was via Koodo, a subsidiary (all online, no customer service line)

    @thwartypants When I had trouble with my Telus land line, they told me it would be at least 3 weeks before they could send a someone to see what is wrong. I just cancelled my line.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport your customer service never ceases to amaze me. How hard is it to understand that I need a new 310-xxxx number. Yet I get passed around 4 times. Unbelievable.

    @Rogers why is it that anyone that has Rogers for wireless has the worst connection to the internet? We use the majority of our data just trying to connect!! No one from Telus or other networks seem to have ANY ISSUES?!?!

    @TELUSsupport I've been trying to get my phone numbers switched to telus but there's no answer for 2 days. I also have billing issues. So frustrating!

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport - I have sent an email 10 days ago and also called them several times, which wasted my time for hours to wait in line. Do you have customer support services at all?

    @TylerGalpin Acknowledging that they’re indeed all bad, I’ve bern with Koodo (i.e., Telus) for years with no real issues.

    @thwartypants Telus is horrible.. but if you are rural, they all are. No one wants to provide rural services.
