    …I am going to pull all my business from Bell and switch to Telus or Rogers if I don’t see some kind of resolution. I have patience, but bell has worn it thin and I will take this to the CRTC if it isn’t resolved shortly.

    I was going to Europe. There was no time to send phone for repair. Plus who wants a brand new phone that's defective out of the box. Here my excitement of having a brand new device for my vacation evaporated. People in the Telus store empathized with me, @telus support did not.

    @RogersHelps The video resolution of your SN Pre. games are terrible. NJ game is maybe 720P? Can't read player names on my 77" TV. TELUS 1000 internet. XBOX X is hardwired. Please look at DAZN to see what a stream is supposed to look like. One and done.Not worth $200.

    @telus So, "Hassel" was supposed to call me back today to resolve the rest of the TELUS issues.And there are many.2nd time, promise of a callback to speak with a "superman" who could resolve the issues but did not follow through. What does it take to get served? @TELUSsupport
