    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I am very disappointed that after 6 weeks of trying to get home internet and multiple false promises that still there are no answers and no one can help. Cancelled... I guess now onto another provider.

    @TELUSsupport I have a TELUS home account, why do I need to provide another verification for mobile services. I am not comfortable to provide SIN via phone.. This service person called from India.

    @SteveThePylon @dailytechnewssh @TELUSsupport @TELUS @Rogers I also used to use Shaw. Had to reboot my modem if I needed to work for an hour without lag. When I called to cancel, they tried to sell me some sort of speed boost service. Nope. They should've just never slowed it down.

    I have to give a huge thanks to @TELUS My wife (and her kids) are now working from home. We have never reached our data limit never mind going over. A quick chat with a representative and now we have unlimited data for 2 years at no extra cost! #yyc #Telus

    @AmyBeeman @TELUSsupport @TELUS This actually makes me really mad. I’ve been a customer for nearly 20 yrs...&all I see is pricing going up when other companies are way less. Currently $95/m for 3Gbs of data, like wtf.😳 It’s like MURDER to me. I need to upgrade but don’t have the patience to call & negotiate.
