    @TELUSsupport why did the late night talk shows not record? We depend on these tv shows. Telus got me back on-line it, Colbert and and Seth Myers and Fallon not record. All these breakdowns are becoming too much. Please help. 🙏

    Hi @telus. Didn't hear back so re-requested a call on your virtual assistant at 3 pm. It was working again. Again was told that someone would call in 15 min. However, it's now 4:45 pm & no phone call. To recap, the phone number for cancelling service doesn't work...

    @ThatDudesMother @JustinTrudeau Yes and especially when the government uses Rogers, Bell or Telus and there’s another Canadian wide outage for internet and everyone is just standing there, or maybe there’s a cyber security ransom from a hacker, works wonderfully doesn’t it

    Having to switch from my S21+ 5G to an LG G4 sucks so badly! I can't even make out what the emojis are. It's outrageous $475 for a new screen. But, had telus told me my device care didn't cover anything anymore, i would've gotten it fixed for $40/mo. 😠

    @TwittleAir @Shawhelp @TELUS That's why we have Optik TV with Telus. Shaw is notoriously unreliable in my area. I know a Shaw tech personally who's told me there's a problem in my neighbourhood but Shaw won't admit to it. Tired of these fights every three months. Redundant company.
