@telus why do I get no data in Kelowna or Chase. Sucks when you travel and can’t use map. We pay you a lot of money. Called for assistance, but the wait is an hour. Hire more people. We deserve better than this.

@okayestdentist @ShawInfo I’d a nightmare with Shaw. They signed me up for a service I did not order. Took countless hours to have the issue rectified. Shaw outright lied when I was speaking with them. These 3rd world telemarketers need to be held accountable for there actions. But is Telus any better ?

Also looking at plans from providers that are primary network providers in La Tuque, namely Bell and Telus. La Tuque now has 5G coverage with them. Telus has a Canada-wide 100 GB plan for $95. If I move to La Tuque, home Internet can wait until I'm settled in.

@TerrencePaul5 It is disgusting. Received text last week regarding Telus health - response given was that I would cancel my phone & all other contracts with them if I ever received another.

@TELUSsupport I thought to call Telus for billing issue. Wait time on phone is more than 1 hour. No Email Support available. Not able to login to Chat. How to reach billing support?

@banjosworld @TELUS Probably a question for @Chris_Bittle since it was the federal government that allowed this fee. Chris can you help us out here?
