@crystalmundypsy That and the privacy issue. Companies in other places of the world have been caught using tele-health to get around privacy laws—what proof is there Telus ISN'T doing the same? Because they sure aren't doing this out of the goodness of their hearts.

@TELUS Finally, he said that he was going to call his manager and call me back. He called me back saying that his manager said it was clear NO from his end. The installation was not going to happen because they wouldn't assume these "issues/risks".

@TELUS After 1 month of waiting for my home security installation, I was surprised that you simply refused to get the job done. The technician and Manager refused to provide their company name and contact info. Disrespectful and amateur service.

@kreynolds118 @TELUS I’m not surprised about this. We recently left @TELUS after being with them since 2011. Both customer service and technical quality declined dramatically in recent years. I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to them.
