@TELUS I’ve been on hold for over 50 minutes. The customer service is terrible. Can someone please help me?

@SunLife It’s been 2 MONTHS since direct billing has been down! Called everyday. Wasted hours of our time with no solution. Never encountered this level incompetence and lack of support with any other insurer. Losing clients & business everyday. Should have stayed with Telus!

  • DragononNeptune Sean Gordon (@DragononNeptune) reported

@TELUS Kind of ironic. I switched to Telus in the spring and service has crashed repeatedly during important zoom meetings. In fact Telus has been worse than the previous provider.

  • hs_harpreet_ Harry (@hs_harpreet_) reported

@TELUS this guy was offended when told you are scamming people and we are not signing up for any service. He said there is no callback no. and offer is exclusive. He gave his personal phn number to prove he is legit. This phone seems to be a service from TextMail. (2/2)

@buoyantbabe @TELUS I'm having the same issue. Haven't been able to access it in almost two weeks. Called in and they said there is an open ticket. Next day they tell me it's resolved. This was 4 days ago. Still doesn't work

@TELUSsupport Spent money upgrading home wifi. It's spotty. Requested help. Severa calls and emails later, 8 to 9 this morning changed to 10 & not yet here. Telus is much too big, too inefficient. The company sucks & there's no option. Being FORCED to upgrade home security.

@TELUSsupport Hi - is topping up using Interac online no longer an option? I used to be able to login to my bank account from the Telus site and pay that way. Seems gone now?
