@TELUS has the absolute WORST support, website and willingness to assist their customers I have ever experienced. In twenty years, they have hands down cost me the most money but not honouring their deals and promotions, and today's Black Friday promos not working takes the cake

Our taxes are supposed to fund the Ministry of Health so it can deliver health care to residents of BC. That money should not be used to “help” Telus maximize its profits. Something’s rotten in the state of…..

@TELUSsupport just a suggestion Telus - the number you use to call people for support should be different from your telemarketing number. The latter I have blocked and miss calls that are important.

@TELUSsupport Good afternoon, due to home finances I have notified BELL MTS I want to cancel internet with them. I was told internet with TELUS and getting an iPad (?) for internet. My bill would be $130 saving me nearly $80 comparatively to MTS. What more can you tell me??

  • Rajio Raj Patel (@Rajio) reported

@Rogers Now I know they have better plans on the top shelf. I've been their customer for decades and "pay more" is the best they can do. So I guess I'm asking any mutuals in toronto, whats your plan? who are you with? Bell? Telus? Fido? Koodo? etc?

@TELUS @TELUSsupport we shouldn’t still have to be dealing with poor cell service during a power outage. Didn’t you learn from #hurricanefiona? @nsgov please keep pressing these companies.

@Penny36274714 @reaIDonaIdTru_ Well I had xplornet and was paying $140 for 300 GB but I switched to landline internet with telus and now I pay $70 a month with a home phone and get unlimited data and much better service now too

@AlbertaLeonidas Telus still has a couple of huawei switches in their 5g nest. The ccp still has their backdoor TellUs' network.

  • Blueyz2021 Blueyz (@Blueyz2021) reported

I called Telus support and the 1.5% fee for a credit card payment does add GST and PST per the tax law on fees.
