@TELUS Thanks for leaving 2, 80yr old ladies without the ability to call 911. If showing up in person to a store and physically producing ID is contingent on getting services changed over, you should add that to your marketing spiel. We would have saved ourselves the trouble.

I’ve been a @telusmobility @TELUS customer for over 20 years, was just on hold for 15 mins to speak with someone in the loyalty group. 15 mins!? Great service for your loyal customers Telus.
