    @KayleHatt @TELUS I’m a @TELUS customer for years now and it’s been terrible. Shopping around now.

  • SusanByrdy Susan Byrd (@SusanByrdy) reported

    This came after three different messages from reps on the phone, and not being able to get an engineer to my house because there are none in Newfoundland! I never once had an issue getting an engineer visit from Vivint. What happened to them when Telus took over Vivint? 2/3

  • seanybabes seanybabes (@seanybabes) reported

    Why Telus charge me US texts/data when I never left the city

  • TheJenRollins Jen Rollins (@TheJenRollins) reported

    @Taramic81971890 @TELUS @telusmobility Turns out my house is in a “area of concern.” There’s no cell service here at all, which no one told me when I moved my entire business with 3 lines over at the end of October. I’ve been to the Telus store 6 times since then asking why it’s not working at all.

  • TheJenRollins Jen Rollins (@TheJenRollins) reported

    @Taramic81971890 @TELUS @telusmobility They said it was my carrier settings - nope, and then SIM card - nope. Finally reset my network settings and nope. All this time no one told me it’s because my house is a dead zone. Now I get to fight cancellation fees for a service they never should have given me.

    @NChartierET Without looking at the other stuff. Just the recent Telus network outage should be warning enough. Cash is king

  • Taramic81971890 Tara michael (@Taramic81971890) reported

    @TheJenRollins @TELUS @telusmobility Telus is awful. We stayed w em cause they kept rolling over our discounts but then they stopped and we were like, yeah, not paying that. Bye. Swapped to Shaw. Not stellar, but definitely better than Telus on all fronts.

  • TheJenRollins Jen Rollins (@TheJenRollins) reported

    @Taramic81971890 @TELUS @telusmobility Them - turn on Wifi calling. Me - that’s the problem, I also don’t have wifi until Thursday. Only thing I can do at home is call 911. Why would I want to keep this service? Why didn’t anyone stop me from moving everything over. Commission? That’s brutal, IMO.

    @Qualifyfor @TELUSsupport Sorry can’t help you don’t have Telus

    @DrGurdeepParhar As a member of Telus Life Plus, I am jumping no queues. All medical procedures I receive are outside of Telus & are in the MSP “lottery” to receive health care. I don’t have a family Doctor so how can keeping me out of visiting emergency or walk in clinics hurt the system?
