    I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

    @Gwensday3 Typically, she never trickled down the info to frontline workers (who I've now heard are Telus call centre workers. Gross). It was likely spur-of-the-moment.

    @TELUSsupport Is the Telus Outage for Edmonton all of edmonton? Or just the core of it? I’m in the south end. I’m also wondering is it possible that telus would route me to shaw Wi-Fi for a bit? I was running Speedtest and some stuff. Told me my ISP was Shaw and IP was in BC..
