I bought Syd an Apple Watch from @TELUS in October. It’s been a dumpster-fire of issues and I am STILL paying both with time and $$. Spent pretty near 15 hours on the phone with @TELUSsupport and still not resolved. Have been with @telus for nearly 22 years. What do I even do?

Shaw (@Shawhelp) stinks. Canceled my TV services two weeks ago, yet was charged for the full month. Customer service was terrible about returning their old HD boxes. My building is too old for Telus high speed but as soon as we move, I'm dumping shaw internet and good riddance.

So on paper even though you have to pay more money down for the phone, I can save like $1000 or more long term with Koodo over Telus and still don’t have to sign a contract. The only downside is you don’t get 5G, only 4G. Does that really matter if you barely call or text anyway

@Shawhelp yea its literally just shaw connection with the servers, I live on the west coast but my ping for east coast servers is better. friends using Telus don't have this problem and it's only a problem with my other shaw friends

Just got cold called by @TELUS asking me if I wanted to sign up for Fibre internet. I responded with enthusiasm after which the agent checked the address and then said "oh, it's not available there". I just...gods damn it, Telus. **** you. Don't get my hopes up like that. Damn.

Poor sales dude on the line: I'll uh...get back to you in a couple of weeks when it is available. Me: You do that, bro. But I can 100% guarantee you that there is no universe in which @TELUS is going to even be taking orders for fibre in the next two YEARS out here.

@Darrin_Rigo I believe you can sign up online for a service - at least telus has it - where to get through to you the person has to press 1. Robos can’t do that. Clients can! Worth looking into? I can manage mine on my online account

@WhiteLightKing @TELUS I use @TELUS Call Control. Haven't had a robo call since adding it ($0). My tip is that if you call a business and request the call back service (eg. Air Canada), you need to turn it off (*99) b/c the callback initially is a robo call which can't respond to the blocking prompt.

@MobileSyrup How could a fibre problem affect only Koodo and not Telus ?
