@charityjkeller @RogersHelps Telus is cheaper and never had that kind of ridiculous situation

  • mamacamaro kathy 🌈 (@mamacamaro) reported

@TELUSsupport are there any issues with landlines? We have a Telus landline and I get a dial tone but cannot reach anyone by phone.

  • SandwichPope sandwich pope 🥪😷 (@SandwichPope) reported

Without knowing anything about their subscriber counts, if we assume an even 3 way split between Telus/Rogers/Bell and maybe 4% of Canadians on Shaw/Freedom; about 30% of the country has no cell service through no fault of their own right now. Nationalize the telcos. #cdnpoli

  • shaunalynne77 Shauna (@shaunalynne77) reported

@KristinRaworth just won't help when they all share the same infrastructure. The new carriers just want permission to use existing infrastructure, not invest in their own. I feel sorry for all the Roger's staff today. I'm TELUS and a couple hour outage causes complete mayhem.

  • PandaFavorite CHEN (@PandaFavorite) reported

Thank you @Rogers for ruining my morning. Tried to buy some ether and couldn’t get a SMS text to verify myself to purchase. I ain’t ever had issues with Telus before.... 🗑

  • bookpublish101 Debbie Elicksen (@bookpublish101) reported

A PR fail is when a company does not communicate or communicates in BP style (see Gulf oil spill) with its customers. Fluff & corporate speak are as effective as thoughts & prayers. Fallout from a #PRfail is many #Rogers #Fido customers will switch to Telus.

  • InsayneShane Shane (@InsayneShane) reported

@RogersHelps It's been over 12 hours with no fix. I am on the verge of moving to TELUS if this keeps up for much longer. I'm paying for service that I am not even getting right now...

  • moodyangela Synthetic Animals (@moodyangela) reported

@MineerBrett I’m on Chatr and in Kelowna and i have had no service all day My mom is on Telus and she has signal, but her internet barely works

  • PoetHelios ThePoetHelios (@PoetHelios) reported

Maybe now should be a good time to consider breaking up the Bell, Rogers, and Telus oligopoly. When service for one goes down, everything goes down. I'm not even using Rogers but my cell service is down because it has no choice but to rely on their network.

Best part of my day? Eight calls to @TELUSsupport because my Telus tech showed up this morning to do an install and left without getting in the building. Apparently, he’s the only person in the world unaware that the @rogers network is down and you can’t reach people by phone.
